PRODUCTS & PRICING
Product Information:
- All product details, specifications, and images are provided for reference
- Actual products may have minor variations from images shown
- We reserve the right to update specifications without prior notice
- Product availability is subject to stock
Pricing:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST (unless stated otherwise)
- Prices may change without notice
- Installation and additional accessories are charged separately (if applicable)
- Delivery charges may apply based on location
Product Accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate information, but errors may occur. If you receive wrong product, contact us within 24 hours.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
How to Order:
- Through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person at our office
- Order confirmed only after payment received
Payment Methods:
- Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cheque
- Payment must be completed before product dispatch
- For installation orders, advance payment may be required
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel before dispatch - full refund
- After dispatch - subject to return policy
- Custom/special orders cannot be cancelled
Invoice:
GST invoice provided with all purchases. Keep invoice safe - required for warranty claims.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Delivery:
- Delivery time: 2-7 business days (depending on location and product availability)
- Remote areas may take longer
- We'll inform you about delivery schedule
- Someone must be present to receive the order
Installation Services:
- Professional installation available at additional cost
- Installation scheduled after delivery
- Site readiness is customer's responsibility (power points, cable routes, mounting surfaces)
- Installation does not include civil work, false ceiling work, or electrical wiring modifications
Shipping Damage:
Check products immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage within 24 hours with photos
- We'll arrange replacement for damaged items
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Period:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Original invoice and warranty card required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products with tampered/removed serial numbers
- Products with physical damage caused by customer
- Used or installed products (after 7 days)
- Accessories like cables, connectors (unless defective)
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after product received
- Refunded to original payment method
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable
- Installation charges are non-refundable
Defective Products:
If product is defective within 7 days - replacement or refund. After 7 days - covered under warranty (repair/replacement only).
WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage:
- All products come with manufacturer warranty (refer to Warranty Policy)
- Warranty period varies by product (see warranty document)
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
What's NOT Covered:
- Physical damage, water damage, electrical surge damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Accessories (cables, adapters, etc.)
Warranty Claims:
- Original purchase invoice required
- Contact our service center
- We'll repair or replace (at our discretion)

PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY
Proper Use:
- Products must be used as per instruction manual
- Installation should be done by qualified technicians
- Use only recommended accessories and power supplies
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for proper installation and use
- Maintain products as per care instructions
- Ensure adequate power supply and protection (stabilizer/UPS recommended)
- Keep backup of important recordings
Our Liability:
We are NOT responsible for:
- Loss of recorded data/footage
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from power fluctuations, lightning, natural disasters
- Business losses or consequential damages
- Third-party products or services
- Misuse or negligence
Maximum Liability:
Our liability is limited to the product purchase price only.
DATA & RECORDINGS
Your Data is Yours:
- We do NOT have access to your CCTV footage or recordings
- Data stored on your NVR/DVR or your chosen cloud service
- You are responsible for securing your recordings
- If using cloud storage, refer to that service provider's terms
Data Protection:
- Use products in compliance with privacy laws
- Don't record in private areas without consent
- Comply with all applicable surveillance laws in India
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trademarks:
- "Cosmo" brand name and logo are our intellectual property
- Product designs and packaging are protected
- Do not reproduce, copy, or misuse our branding
Copyright:
- All website content, images, and materials are copyrighted
- User manuals and documentation are for personal use only
AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)
If you opt for AMC services:
- Separate AMC terms and pricing apply
- Covers periodic maintenance and priority service
- Does not cover physical damage or major repairs
- Renewal required annually
- Payment in advance

- Ask for payment to "release" orders or "process" warranty
- Offer surprise gifts, lottery wins, or unrealistic discounts
If Contacted by Fraudsters:
- Do not share any personal/financial information
- Report to us immediately
- File complaint with cyber police if necessary
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Acts of war, terrorism
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
AMENDMENTS
Changes to Terms:
- We may update these terms occasionally
- Changes effective immediately upon posting
- Continued use means acceptance of new terms
- Major changes will be notified via email/website
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Legal Matters:
- These terms are governed by Indian law
- All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction only

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Cosmo Enterprises Plus.
